TUESDAY 26TH FEB

Main Session – CIRCUITS

12 stations each person spends one minute performing the exercise, after one minute there was a 30sec rest before moving onto the next station

Stations:

  1. Shoulder Press
  2. Sit Ups
  3. Wall Sits
  4. Power Punches
  5. Push Ups
  6. Power Frog Jumps
  7. Tricep Dips
  8. Standing Long Jump
  9. Vertical Jumps
  10. V Sit
  11. Plank to Push Up
  12. Lunges

Get Moving:

  • 2 min Run in Place
  • 1 min Plank
  • 1 min Push Ups
  • 1 min Mountain Climber
  • 1 min Plank Push Ups
  • 1 min Lunges
  • 1 min Bicycle Crunches
  • 1 min Star Crawl

Abdominal track consisted of:

  • Superman Flys
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Leg Raises
  • Pulsing Crunches
